The camp sites are all very close to the road, so there is not much privacy between your fire ring and the road, however the sites are well spaced apart. Didn't see any tent pads on the two upper loops either.

Hosts were awesome and helpful. River was clean and refreshing. Sites were clean and remote enough so you weren't camping on top of your neighbors. Would definitely return.

One of our favorite campgrounds in WV. You can go hiking, swimming and tubing all in the same place. The facilities are clean and there isn't a bad campsite.

Nice place. Pretty far off the beaten path too.

Average campground. The river is nice, although you can't see it from any site. Camp hosts are over-zealous... I should not have an interaction with them every day. Firewood collection rules seem to force you to buy their overpriced $7 bundles of firewood. Bundles were small and the wood was unseasoned. Hosts deliver firewood though, which is a plus.

I camped here on a motorcycle trip through the area. Wow! What a great place. Fantastic camp hosts, awesome scenery, crystal clear water. This was a place I will definitely remember. The ride in on the dirt and gravel access road was challenging on a bike with a weeks worth of gear. The views from the road made it worth it, though. No cell coverage. Fish in the river and eagles overhead. Who could ask for more?

The campground was kept really clean and the representatives we're very friendly and helpful there were plenty of trails to hike the canoeing was really fun and it's a great place to either just take a day trip or to camp for a weekend.
